Standard Assessment
This assessment meets Washington State RCW 28A.200.010. for students receiving Home-Based Instruction. The assessment questionnaire form will be sent via email. Type directly into the form or print to complete. After returning the form to GoodLife Homeschool Services via email or postal service, you will receive your child's assessment in the mail in about four weeks. (Questionnaires returned to us via postal mail take additional time to process.) Cost: $35
If your child is enrolled in a Washington State School District Alternate Education Program, please refer to your program's requirements for annual assessment, as they may differ from those of RCW 28A.200.010.
GoodLife Homeschool Assessments do not determine grade-level or compare students to established standards. Based on information provided by parents/guardians, the assessment provides a summary of the student's year, including both academics and other relevant information. The more information a parent provides, the more meaningful the assessment will be. If needed, you will be contacted to provide additional information before the assessment can be completed.
